One stone, split open to reveal two completely unique matching faces.

This serpentine pair has an incredible mix of deep forest green, olive and pale yellow-green running throughout the stone. The polished faces reveal sweeping, almost flowing patterns filled with small dark mineral inclusions and natural veins that were completely hidden beneath the weathered exterior.

Both pieces came from the same original stone and are being offered together as a matching set. I polished the cut faces while keeping the outer surfaces natural, preserving that contrast between what the stone looked like when found and what was hiding inside.

The StoneBorn Story:

This is exactly why I love opening stones that don’t look like much from the outside.

The original surface was dark, smooth and fairly unassuming. Once cut, the inside was completely different—layers of green, lighter mineral-rich areas and dark inclusions running through both halves.

I kept the shapes natural and polished the exposed faces rather than trying to turn them into something perfectly uniform. The result is a matching pair that still looks and feels like the stone I started with, just with its hidden geology finally brought to the surface.

Energy & Symbolism:

Serpentine has traditionally been associated with grounding, renewal, transformation and connection to the natural world. Its green coloration is also commonly associated with growth, balance and new beginnings.
