This one immediately caught my attention the moment the pattern started revealing itself on the lap. I hand-shaped and polished the front face into a smooth curved finish, uncovering an incredible maze of razor-thin fortification banding, soft earth-tone layers, and numerous orbicular “eye” formations that make this piece feel different every time you look at it.

Running naturally through the center is a sparkling druzy quartz pocket bordered by warm iron staining, adding depth and texture without taking away from the intricate agate patterns surrounding it. The back and lower portions remain largely natural, preserving the character of the rough while showcasing how this stone formed over millions of years.
