A beautiful hand-polished natural greenstone featuring deep forest green coloring, soft sage-green tones, and a striking white mineral vein running diagonally across its surface.
The polished face reveals a fascinating mixture of green mineral formations, scattered dark inclusions, and delicate natural lines throughout the stone. Several bright white veins cut across the darker green background, creating a beautiful contrast that immediately catches the eye.
What makes this piece especially interesting is the difference between its polished face and original river-worn exterior. The dark, naturally rounded back remains untouched, preserving the character of the stone as it was found while the polished side reveals the colors and patterns hidden beneath.
The irregular shape and natural mineral formations make this a unique piece for collectors, geology enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates the beauty of ordinary stones transformed through polishing.
A genuine, one-of-a-kind piece of nature, individually worked and finished by hand at StoneBorn Creations.

The StoneBorn Story:
The white vein running through this stone was what really caught my attention.
From the outside, it looked like another dark, weathered river rock, but I could see there was something interesting happening beneath the surface.
I decided to polish a single face while leaving the rest of the stone natural. As I worked through the different stages, those deeper green colors started showing through, along with all the little dark inclusions scattered throughout.
What I really like is how that bright white vein cuts across the entire face. It stands out beautifully against the green, and you can even see where it continues around the natural exterior.
I left the back just as it was found because I enjoy that contrast. You can turn the stone over and see what it looked like before any polishing, then flip it around to see everything that was hiding underneath.
That’s a big part of what I enjoy about working with river stones. You never really know what you’re going to uncover until you start working with them.
Energy & Symbolism:
Green stones have traditionally been associated with grounding, balance, renewal, and a connection to the natural world.
Their earthy colors are often seen as symbols of growth, stability, and resilience. The bright white veins running through this piece can also symbolize change, transformation, and the unexpected beauty that can emerge through natural processes.
For those who appreciate the symbolic side of natural stones, this piece offers a reminder that even the simplest things in nature can hold something remarkable beneath the surface.
These associations are based on traditional symbolism rather than scientifically established properties.
